I never write reviews, but I set up an apt with John to come out and look at a buzzing appliance. He said the service call would be free, and we scheduled it. He called me 2 minutes later and told me that they changed their mind essentially and would now charge $95 to come to my house. I guess I could get that if I was far from them, but I’m a 10 minute drive so I know that’s not the case. I cancelled immediately. This is not what I would expect from a company with ALL 5 star reviews. What a waste of time and a terrible way to treat a new customer.

Victor and his team completely rewired and upgraded the electrical service to my entire home, and the process couldn't have been smoother! They pulled permits, met with City inspectors, and got everything signed off without any issues. Communication was excellent, and they made great suggestions when I was unsure. To top it off, they are really nice, trustworthy people!

Michael has been my go to electrician for several years and has taken care of several different electrical projects from simple troubleshooting to large electrical Service upgrades. I own various buildings throughout the city and he has taken care of just about anything I have thrown at him. I appreciate how professional he is & respectful of my properties. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He is not the the most expensive but I definitely feel that I get what I pay for. I have and will continue to recommend him for all my electrical needs! I am getting natural gas out of my 1920s home, and Eric from All-Electric California helped me game out what I needed to do with my electric panels to 1) get up to code and modern safety standards, and 2) prepare for my next few steps of installing heat pump HVAC, heat pump hot water, EV charger, and electric fireplace insert. My panel and sub panel were mysterious, often labeled incorrectly, and even had arcing happening in a troubled switch. Eric helped me fit all my needs into my 100 amp panel without upgrading my service from the street. It was great to find a knowledgeable contractor who understood my vision and helped me make it happen!

Art’s electric responded quickly, asked appropriate questions and sent a member of his team out two days later! We now have a new kitchen ceiling light fixture that is reliable and illuminates well. Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.
