Everything was clearly explained to me from start to finish. They worked thoroughly, to my complete joy. I am completely satisfied, and I plan to call them again for future work. Thank you!

I recently got a bid for a project from a different electrical company that I was very unhappy with. Not only was the quote very high, but their suggested approach was extremely complex and would have involved tearing down walls and tearing my yard.

Michael came out to inspect our property and immediately proposed a much simpler and more cost effective solution. He took photos on his tablet and sent mockups of his proposed design in advance.

I am SOOOOOO glad I called Bay Electric regarding an inspection of my condo building's electrical system that our new insurance company was requiring. Kevin was traveling, but still got back to me ASAP -- he was super responsive, easy to deal with, and a straight shooter. Another electrician had said it would cost at least $1500 to do the electrical inspection and report. But Kevin did it in an hour and charged me his very fair and reasonable hourly rate. If I ever have electrical issues/needs again, I'll definitely be using Kevin again.

Zoom Electricians Repair provided exceptional service and expertise. Their team was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional, and they were able to fix my electrical issue with ease. Their prices were fair and reasonable, and I would definitely use their services again.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.
