Eddie is incredible. We had an emergency panel repair need and Pge turned off power. I sent Eddie photos and explained our problem and he made time to squeeze us in that day. He is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable electrician with impressive problem solving skills and work arounds and he also know his way around the ever changing policies of SF and PGE. We had to have a meter base replaced, not as simple as one would think. He is my go to electrician now and I highly recommend him.

Very good and fast.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

I am SOOOOOO glad I called Bay Electric regarding an inspection of my condo building's electrical system that our new insurance company was requiring. Kevin was traveling, but still got back to me ASAP -- he was super responsive, easy to deal with, and a straight shooter. Another electrician had said it would cost at least $1500 to do the electrical inspection and report. But Kevin did it in an hour and charged me his very fair and reasonable hourly rate. If I ever have electrical issues/needs again, I'll definitely be using Kevin again.

Chris Murtagh and Paganini Electric were professional, proactive, reliable, and effective throughout our office build out project during this most difficult time of the pandemic. Even with arduous safety protocols surrounding work during COVID, Chris and staff made the transition smoothly and were flexible throughout; offering candid suggestions for our best interests. The final product was superb and we've had no electrical issues nor do we expect any. Thank you, Chris, and team at Paganini. Workers find it OK to discard lit cigarettes into storm drains.

John was friendly and responsive. Replaced my bathroom light switch in less than 30 mins and explained what caused the issue. I'm extremely happy with the service and would recommend him.

From the start of the job to the finish of the job the technician was professional, courteous, and very skilled. He suggested things that I had not thought of for the project.
