Byron Tay responded the same day, came on time, gave me a very reasonable price, and did the job fast and with great care and professionalism - even though our house is an older victorian and the wiring is very complicated. We were so impressed by him that we asked him do to a second job while he was here. We had gotten many quotes, mostly ridiculous prices and/or requirements by the electricians (many of them unlicensed, by the way; Byron Tay is licensed, insured and bonded). Byron was no-nonsense, and kept to his word. We will hire him for any electrical job going forward.

Mega responded to my service request same day, which was great since all my lights were out. it was a simple fix and they were very considerate in charging me fairly for it.

Late Thursday night, I had plumbing emergency where I noticed leak under my kitchen sink. I have heard many good things about GeneralSF, and thought to give that company a call. Yevgeny came out on short notice. He explained what he is going to do in details and transparently. As Yevgeny worked to fix the leak, he was also patiently explaining what he was doing. Yevgeny was able to fix the leak in no time. Yevgeny was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in getting the job done and is a true professional. I am thoroughly impressed by professionalism and ability to fix the problems in the timely manner. I am going to go with GeneralSF from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Got connected to All Bay Solar through Sun Power. We decided to go with Sunpower because their panels as well as the 25year warranty are some of the top in the industry.

We appreciated Carlos (the founder and President) coming to our house to sit down and do an in-depth consultation within one week of reaching out to Sunpower. We contacted Luminalt and Occidental and their wait times for consultations were over a month and installations were not available until 2020. Their quotes for similar builds were significantly more than All Bay's.

Install was smooth and quick. Our only issue was that there were some hiccups with email communication and we would have liked a little more structure after signing the contract from the team. I chalk it up to them being a small company and being extremely business. I provided this feedback to Carlos and he was very open to it and saw to it that they improve their processes.

Overall a positive experience, and I'm happy with my decision.

I hired Sergio based on a on NextDoor recommendation. He is a state licensed electrician who has previously done work for contractors. He came out the same day to give an estimate and was able to do the work the next day. His rates are reasonable and he uses high quality materials. I was very happy with the work that was done. Our bathroom socket is finally up to code with a GFCI circuit. Thanks Sergio!
