Good customer service! I'm overjoyed because this electrical repair company was able to resolve my receptacle that was not working. It was their electrician who was tasked with fixing it, and I'm grateful because he did so quickly. Michael is the best electrician. I have used him both in a condo and a single family home. He explains the issues and explains the possible solutions. As a bldg manager of multiple units I’ve had my share of electrical issues n varied electricians I’ve worked with but the team at mega electric displayed professional and attention to details throughout the entire process on working with our units. Their knowledge n skills ensured that every issues I had was swiftly diagnosed n even shared to me simple hacks I could have done by myself. I am getting natural gas out of my 1920s home, and Eric from All-Electric California helped me game out what I needed to do with my electric panels to 1) get up to code and modern safety standards, and 2) prepare for my next few steps of installing heat pump HVAC, heat pump hot water, EV charger, and electric fireplace insert. My panel and sub panel were mysterious, often labeled incorrectly, and even had arcing happening in a troubled switch. Eric helped me fit all my needs into my 100 amp panel without upgrading my service from the street. It was great to find a knowledgeable contractor who understood my vision and helped me make it happen!

I can't thank Art and team Vlad and Michael enough for their kind and very patient help with the built-in bookcase lights in our living room, which was installed in 2006. We hardly used the old halogen/xenon lights for lighting because they got very hot. Art and team installed new LED lights and we are now enjoying dimmable, ambient lighting after all these years! There's also access now to the bottom shelf light wiring connections for future easy replacement. Art came up with the access idea and Vlad/Michael worked on it. Vlad went out of his way to pick up another set of LED lights when the one I bought did not work out due to voltage issue. This, and replacing the dimmable switches to work with the new fixtures, required extra work which Vlad very patiently did. All this work for quality, very affordable price. They did not take advantage of the issues that came up to charge unreasonable prices. They are honest, transparent with their work and pricing, kind, professional and friendly too.

Many, many thanks to Art and Vlad/Michael for this chance to work with them on this project that has been on the wish list for a long time. I've postponed it thinking we would have to break a wall but they made it a smaller project than I thought. Very trustworthy team.

A long winded, short story.

I searched google for doorbell repair, called and Eddie answered.

kept searching, different number, Eddie answered again. yikes! He knows I am shopping around.

I sent a photo, he told me his price, I questioned, he told me he would be be out and fix it.and he was true to his word.

At first, I thought this guy is either arrogant or confident! I went with confident.

I sent photos, we went with a window, he called the day of to let me know he was early, we started and hour early and done before the window started.

Eddie is meticulous, as his card says, clean shaven, respectful, well dressed, has a few good stories, beyond efficient as he has what he needs to complete the job.

Do not have a doubt about this master, he is quick, knows his craft and this is a review about a door bell!

I would hire Eddie for any electrical need.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Extremely unprofessional company. They lay off employees discreetly, without offering any severance package or notice period. My acquaintance was sacked within 2 hours, with no prior intimation or severance package. This company needs to be dragged to US Federal Court.
