I never write reviews, but I set up an apt with John to come out and look at a buzzing appliance. He said the service call would be free, and we scheduled it. He called me 2 minutes later and told me that they changed their mind essentially and would now charge $95 to come to my house. I guess I could get that if I was far from them, but I’m a 10 minute drive so I know that’s not the case. I cancelled immediately. This is not what I would expect from a company with ALL 5 star reviews. What a waste of time and a terrible way to treat a new customer.

Victor and team provided excellent service in a timely manner. We purchased a home that had original knob and tube wiring that needed to be fully replaced. Victor’s team managed the entire process including permits with the city. Within a few weeks we had updated wiring that was all within city code for San Francisco — and our place has a great modern feel from lighting that enhanced all of our rooms AMD outdoor space. I hghly highly recommend working with Andrade Link!

Michael is an excellent electrician. We contacted him for track lighting installation and ended up using him for that and a number of minor repairs we needed. He upgraded our electricity panel and now the breakers aren't switching off all the time. Michael is very responsive and always explains clearly exactly what he is doing and why. He change an outdoor electric outlet in the pouring rain without complaint. He is very friendly and easy to work with.

Harry and Alex have gone above and beyond with their work. They are great at communicating when and where they will show up, what type of work they have been doing, and what you need to do going forward for maintenance if necessary. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean that my housemate accidentally blew a fuse on New Year's Day, and Harry and Alex were at the house within 15 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and we haven't had any issues since then. It was incredible. They also handled a potential headache with the permitting office and got everything done quickly and with minimum work on my end. I love their professionalism and will be happy to hire them again.

Byron Tay responded the same day, came on time, gave me a very reasonable price, and did the job fast and with great care and professionalism - even though our house is an older victorian and the wiring is very complicated. We were so impressed by him that we asked him do to a second job while he was here. We had gotten many quotes, mostly ridiculous prices and/or requirements by the electricians (many of them unlicensed, by the way; Byron Tay is licensed, insured and bonded). Byron was no-nonsense, and kept to his word. We will hire him for any electrical job going forward.

As a bldg manager of multiple units I’ve had my share of electrical issues n varied electricians I’ve worked with but the team at mega electric displayed professional and attention to details throughout the entire process on working with our units. Their knowledge n skills ensured that every issues I had was swiftly diagnosed n even shared to me simple hacks I could have done by myself. Anderson of GPM came out and took care of my bedroom lighting. My fixtures were old and corky. He laid out a blanket protecting my carpet, worked efficiently and professionally. He offered me a few options which I didn't know I had. I highly recommend GPM for their professionalism and responsiveness.
