As a bldg manager of multiple units I’ve had my share of electrical issues n varied electricians I’ve worked with but the team at mega electric displayed professional and attention to details throughout the entire process on working with our units. Their knowledge n skills ensured that every issues I had was swiftly diagnosed n even shared to me simple hacks I could have done by myself. I called 14 electricians one day wanting someone as soon as possible -and he was the only one who could assist in a timely manner - Anthony did great work, was definitely fair w/ costs, and I'd hire him again in a heartbeat when needed!

I needed help after frying a breaker (it’s Christmas and I’m running a bunch of electrical load). Genesis was responsive right away, and even though they didn’t have the part needed to fix my issue, they went out of their way to tell me what I could do to fix it on my own. I was able to track down the right breaker and swap it out, holiday saved. It’s great to know businesses still operate like this.

Really appreciated the help with a Tesla charger install. While the technician had to come back with an additional part, they came back quickly and he was extremely kind.

I am super happy with Carlos from Guerreros electric. We had another electrician come in and tell us we had to change the wire and replace fuses and outlets and breakers and it would be over 2000 dollars! It didn't seem right so I called to get a second opinion. I spoke with Carlos explained my problem and sent him a couple of photos. He was able to come the next day and do the minor job at it wasfor under 400 dollars! It did not need replacing! And I could not have been happier with the service and promptness!

Alex came over and quickly installed a light fixture for me. It took him around 15mins total. He was very personable and transparent about his price. I would definitely hire Alex again.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.
