I called Eddie in a panic because my outlets blew out and nothing I did worked. He walked me through a few different options for how to fix it but nothing worked. Before heading over, he called me one more time to double check and walking through it one more time, the power came back on. I was so thankful that he was willing to help me over the phone for free! He is now my go-to electrician.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Byron Tay responded the same day, came on time, gave me a very reasonable price, and did the job fast and with great care and professionalism - even though our house is an older victorian and the wiring is very complicated. We were so impressed by him that we asked him do to a second job while he was here. We had gotten many quotes, mostly ridiculous prices and/or requirements by the electricians (many of them unlicensed, by the way; Byron Tay is licensed, insured and bonded). Byron was no-nonsense, and kept to his word. We will hire him for any electrical job going forward.

I had the pleasure of having Vlad install two outdoor outlets, one indoor outlet and two security cameras and I'm impressed with how thorough he is!

English may be a second language but Vlad is as sharp as a tack! I provided an installation video and he was able to install the camera with no issues even though he's never heard of that brand before (Eufy).

They were very transparent about the cost and the estimate was pretty close to what I paid. I'd definitely call them back to upgrade my panel in the future.

We needed our circuit box replaced during the pandemic. They came out promptly to give us a quote. They run a tight ship, and the folks seem on top of getting back to the customers quickly. Unfortunately, their quote was a lot higher than the electrician we ended up going with, but I did appreciate their communication.

We hired Ricky to install a couple outlets for us, both indoor and outdoor. He was really careful to explain options and potential obstacles with our old Oakland house. He did a good job and left the area neat. Will definitely call him again.
