The team showed up when they said they would, conferred with me every step of the way and expertly guided me through the entire process of upgrading and moving my panel, installing recessed lighting throughout the house, putting overhead lighting in the garage, upgrading and adding light switches and outlets throughout, adding sconces on both sides of the garage, upgrading my outdoor security lighting and patching all necessary holes to paint ready condition. Michael is the best electrician. I have used him both in a condo and a single family home. He explains the issues and explains the possible solutions. I recently got a bid for a project from a different electrical company that I was very unhappy with. Not only was the quote very high, but their suggested approach was extremely complex and would have involved tearing down walls and tearing my yard.

Then I remembered that I'd had a positive experience with Chasov Electric several years ago so I reached out. Michael came out to inspect our property and immediately proposed a much simpler and more cost effective solution. He took photos on his tablet and sent mockups of his proposed design in advance.

Harry and Alex completed the project and they were delightful to work with. They arrived on time, confirmed details and decisions with me throughout the day, and carefully inspected all their work prior to departing. I'm very happy with how the work turned out.

I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism and creativity of Chasov Electric. They are true engineers and electrical magicians. I would definitely recommend them, especially for any projects requiring creative or complex electrical solutions!

Byron Tay responded the same day, came on time, gave me a very reasonable price, and did the job fast and with great care and professionalism - even though our house is an older victorian and the wiring is very complicated. We were so impressed by him that we asked him do to a second job while he was here. We had gotten many quotes, mostly ridiculous prices and/or requirements by the electricians (many of them unlicensed, by the way; Byron Tay is licensed, insured and bonded). Byron was no-nonsense, and kept to his word. We will hire him for any electrical job going forward.

Mega responded to my service request same day, which was great since all my lights were out. it was a simple fix and they were very considerate in charging me fairly for it.

Right on time, clear communication, a lot of patience with our old house that needed some extra care which they did not charge for. Very professional and clear with work being performed. They did extra work which required more time and parts which they did not charge us for. Being on a limited budget, I really appreciate how generous they are with time and professional care. They ended up having to do more but did not charge any more than estimate, how often does that happen? Thank you for the stellar work!!!

Excellent and quick service

Multiple people showed up for my appointment at multiple wrong times in one day. They charged me just to run a 15 min diagnostic and left a mess on the floor where they did their testing. Not awesome.
On a positive note, the crew who conducted the appointment was kind and personable - that’s worth 2 stars I suppose.

Eddy save me 700 dollars and helped me fix the problem over the phone. He did not charge for the service and I would give him ten stars if I could. He has my business for life.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Extremely unprofessional company. They lay off employees discreetly, without offering any severance package or notice period. My acquaintance was sacked within 2 hours, with no prior intimation or severance package. This company needs to be dragged to US Federal Court.
