Harry and Alex have gone above and beyond with their work. They are great at communicating when and where they will show up, what type of work they have been doing, and what you need to do going forward for maintenance if necessary. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean that my housemate accidentally blew a fuse on New Year's Day, and Harry and Alex were at the house within 15 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and we haven't had any issues since then. It was incredible. They also handled a potential headache with the permitting office and got everything done quickly and with minimum work on my end. I love their professionalism and will be happy to hire them again.

The worst. The work was Not done in accordance with PG&E, they did not complete any of the required paperwork. They didn't call PG&E back for over a month and we found out with repeated cals to the utility that PG&E had canceled the project. We had to hire another contractor just to do a basic utility drawing. We have had a 10x3x3 open trench in front of our house (which they were not supposed to dig) for 7 months. They moved our internal panel and didn't label it. We want to avoid legal action, but we may have no choice.

It was nice working with Zoom Electricians. The one who showed up quickly to fix my outlet that was not working was very professional. He excellently did the repair I needed on time at a very high standard. I was so happy that you sent him to do the service I needed. Huge thanks to your electrician for exerting much of his effort. This guy did a very professional job regarding the repair of my wiring that was overheated. He was very accommodating and considerate while he was at my house working. He never tried to sell me something I don't need or charge me for things I don't need. I am very excited to work with this company in the future. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend Spark Smith Electric. They are our holy grail electricians. A 4:30pm loss of power is pretty exciting for anyone. Especially when the power is restored and half of the kitchen outlets still do not work! Happily, Trevor came to the rescue. He was close by and had our power back up and running in no time. He broke the bad news that corners had been cut prior to us living in this home and our electrical system had not been functioning properly. Two lovely humans arrived the next week, both a master electrician and an apprentice, and they fixed all the things! They also provided us with a detailed explanation of the problems and how they were addressed. We will be having them back to help us with our outdoor electrical challenges as well and they took advantage of this appointment to take photos so that they will be a step ahead for the next appointment. They are conscientious and every staff person has worn their masks which made us feel very respected. We could not be more pleased at having found our forever electricians!

Today, my electrical panel had to be moved in my apartment. I happened to be working from home, and what I expected to be a major nuisance turned out to be the furthest from it. Jeff from Century was efficient, conscientious, and a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend Century (and Jeff!) to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Very professional & high quality install but extremely pricey. I paid $850 to turn a single 220v outlet into two 110v outlets. The work was quoted to take 3 hours, took about 40 minutes. The electrician was extremely knowledgeable. I asked over the phone for an estimate and I was told a story about how replacing an outlet cost about $150 2 years ago, which gave me confidence in a reasonable price. Wish I could have gotten a few more bids on the project.

I was satisfied with the service provided by Electrical Land. Their dispatcher was professional and very helpful. The electrician was clear in everything he did and explained everything I needed to know as he repaired my panel breaker that won't stay on. I appreciated his excellent service. Referred to John by another company. He's super punctual and timely in his communications. Very fair pricing. I had a minor lighting issue and he was able to correctly diagnose the issue and fix it JUST BY TEXTING. Saved myself a ton of money and him a ton of time. He has a dry witty humor - but as long as you look past that and value him for his expertise - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This morning about 530 one of there employees ran me off the road to pass me I'm in a hazmat tanker truck I honked at him then he started slaming on the breaks infont of me so I hi beamed him and he got more aggressive being a business owner my self I would not have a employee like that cause he would b a liability as well as not a good Image for the company.
