The team showed up when they said they would, conferred with me every step of the way and expertly guided me through the entire process of upgrading and moving my panel, installing recessed lighting throughout the house, putting overhead lighting in the garage, upgrading and adding light switches and outlets throughout, adding sconces on both sides of the garage, upgrading my outdoor security lighting and patching all necessary holes to paint ready condition. Professional, proficient, personable and trustworthy, these guys take great pride in their work and craftsmanship and it shows in the high quality end results.

I had a problem with my circuit breaker, so I called Eddie. He answered the phone right away on a Sunday and asked me clearly what was the problem.

He asked me to send a photo of the circuit breaker panels, and instructed me to fix the problem at no charge!!

I didn't end up using REF, because Hector was such a straight-shooter that he suggested my handyman should likely have a look at the issue first to see if my electrical issue was a simple solve (and thereby save myself some money). This was after he patiently talked me through the problem on the phone and suggested some trouble-shooting. I noted REF has expertise with old SF buildings like mine, so figured I would call them back if it was a more complex issue - but thankfully, just as Hector suspected, it was not. Will certainly keep them in mind for bigger electrical jobs in the future. Thanks Hector!

I have been working on 62 2nd street, San Francisco. I have my construction tow-away zone on 62 2nd street and 100 Jessie street. One guy parked at my construction tow-away zone 2 months ago. He had his Foreman card inside his car, so I called him to move his car away. However, he said, “I would move as soon as I could.” Something happened today. One guy was from this business who parked at my construction tow-away zone on January 31, 2020. His car number is 132. My construction tow-away zone was missing. I just wondered that he took away my sign and took my space. There is still a public note of the parking permit on the window of the restaurant. We are doing construction. We know we need to unload materials. This business is not ethical. I don’t recommend everyone to use this business.
