Victor and his team completely rewired and upgraded the electrical service to my entire home, and the process couldn't have been smoother! They pulled permits, met with City inspectors, and got everything signed off without any issues. Communication was excellent, and they made great suggestions when I was unsure. To top it off, they are really nice, trustworthy people!

Harry and Alex have gone above and beyond with their work. They are great at communicating when and where they will show up, what type of work they have been doing, and what you need to do going forward for maintenance if necessary. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean that my housemate accidentally blew a fuse on New Year's Day, and Harry and Alex were at the house within 15 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and we haven't had any issues since then. It was incredible. They also handled a potential headache with the permitting office and got everything done quickly and with minimum work on my end. I love their professionalism and will be happy to hire them again.

Byron Tay responded the same day, came on time, gave me a very reasonable price, and did the job fast and with great care and professionalism - even though our house is an older victorian and the wiring is very complicated. We were so impressed by him that we asked him do to a second job while he was here. We had gotten many quotes, mostly ridiculous prices and/or requirements by the electricians (many of them unlicensed, by the way; Byron Tay is licensed, insured and bonded). Byron was no-nonsense, and kept to his word. We will hire him for any electrical job going forward.

Mega responded to my service request same day, which was great since all my lights were out. it was a simple fix and they were very considerate in charging me fairly for it.

When I needed to repair or replace the under cabinet lighting in my kitchen, not only did Art provide good advice on the front-end before we'd officially engaged (recommending I replace my oft-failing fluorescent light fixtures with LEDs), but the service was courteous, on point, and the outcome is better than I was hoping for. Highly recommended!

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Eddie was very honest and helpful. He solved my problem over the phone with no charge. I will certainly call him first next time I need an electrician.

FYI, my circuit breaker tripped, but the switch only moved a little bit from the 'on' position, so I thought it was just mis-aligned. Turns out there is a 'tripped' and an 'off' position. Next time your outlets don't work, take a close look at your breakers before calling anyone.

I called Bay electric and Kevin was able to help me solve my issue over the phone. I offered to pay him a bit and he said don't worry about it and he was happy to help out. Kevin clearly showed that this company operates with integrity. Would highly recommend in the future.
