The company ghosted me after coming out to my home to take a look.The person on the phone and the guy who came out were polite and helped answer questions, even explaining that they don't do mini-split installs anymore due to liability issues.In the end, I guess the work didn't amount to much, so they figured it wasn't worth even an email to let me know they wouldn't be interested. It gives bad business vibes when you can't even conduct simple communication like, We appreciate you contacting us, but we're not able to assist you email.

They have a few locations and even though I called the one closest to me, not having anyone available same day, they dispatched a electrician from one of the other locations. When they arrived I was impressed by the appearance and just how courteous he was. Professional and polite, extensive knowledge.

Vince came out to install a few pendant lights for us and did an awesome job. We had gotten other estimates that were much higher, and his price for the quality of the work was super reasonable. He was friendly, punctual, efficient, and the lighting turned out great! We are asking him to help us with some TV mounting and he has also been super helpful explaining some options for wiring and answering my seemingly endless amount of questions. Would definitely hire again.

I have a dryer outlet in the garage. I was looking for a simple way to use this 230V/30 amps outlet for a charger for EV car. All other electricians wanted to install a 250 ft cable from from the southside electric panel to the northside garage in my U shaped house that would cost several thousands dollars. Douglas from Electrical insight came gave a simplest multiswitch solution that can change from Dryer-Off-Charger positions. They are honest, friendly, and reasonably priced. I will use them for all future needs.
