I’m extremely pleased with the service that I’ve received from the technicians at Ideal. Phil Beaver was very knowledgeable about the heater/blower settings on my unit. I explained what was happening when the unit engaged and how I had both hot and cold spots in the house. The air didn’t seem to be mixing like it should. He adjusted the settings and explained what he had done and why he did it. What a difference in performance. It’s really working great now. I don’t even know when it’s on.
