Phil and Rene from Ideal worked 4.5 days to install a complete HVAC system after the failure of my 13-year-old A/C unit. I went with the company due to three highly trusted recommendations. The work was quite costly, but it was very complex, involving the replacement of the A/C unit, the furnace located in the attic, and very old attic ducts. Plumbing and electrical work were needed, as was old duct removal by an asbestos abatement company. Everything was done strictly to current code, and the technicians were knowledgable, skillful and pleasant. Phil took time to fully explain the new thermostat interface and many other aspects of the job. Ideal's work is guaranteed; if I have any questions or issues, they will return to make things right.
