Overall, very professional staff. Jessica, the dispatcher, kept me informed throughtout the day so that I new the status of my electrician and his expected time of arrival. She was courteous and professional. Javier, the technician, quickly assessed the situation for changing the wiring in my garage to accomodate relocation of my electrical dryer. He provided a prompt quote outlining the work he would perform. The quote was on the high-end of what I expected, but reasonable. He was able to complete the job in about an hour. He then showed me the volt and amp readings at the outlet and at the panel. All in all, a good experience. I would recommend this company based on my experience.

On May 30 and 31, 2019, IDEAL Plumbing installed a YORK central air conditioning in our Clairemont home. The installation was accomplished by Phil and Renee (the new guy). All work was accomplished professionally and on schedule: Great job. I was present throughout the installation and was impressed with the quality of the work performed. The IDEAL installation team was well organized, well prepared and very attentive to the task. Phil's knowledge of air conditioning and system requirements was extremely impressive providing great confidence that our new air conditioning system will provide us many years of reliable service. We used Carini to completely replace our sewer pipes. We had been having roots in the pipes where someone would have to come out every few months to ream them out, so we decided to replace the pipes, and hope we don't have to see anyone out here for a while! Leo and crew did a very conscientious job on a difficult site (down a steep canyon), cleaned up each day and replaced plants and soil as they could. We got several estimates for the work, and Carini offered us the clearest strategy to correct our issues with the best price so we went with them. There is no noticeable difference yet of course; the proof will be in the pudding, as it remains to be seen how long we will be root-free, but we are hopeful, and thought they did a good, thorough job.
