I placed a service request in case of one of my kitchen outlets that kept turning itself off. I would immediately hit the reset button on the outlet and it would flip right off again. I placed the service call during a busy time of the day and was able to be seen within the next two hours, which was amazing. The technician arrived ahead of schedule and was very professional. Diagnosed the issue immediately and had a solution. The work was executed safely and flawlessly. I was able to get my refrigerator back up and running in no time at all which was great because I had a lot of food that could have spoiled. I'll be referring this company to my friends when I can.
