I had an EV charger installed and the work done by the team was the best. They took the time to explain what they were doing, discussed their recommendation and met all our requirements. The app didn’t work to connect and they stayed and troubleshot the problem. If ever I need any services, I will go to them.

This is the second & third times we have worked with Ideal on house projects. The first time was installing central AC & heat, and that went so well that we thought of Ideal when we had our next major house project -- rewiring the electrical. Mac (electrician) and Aaron (plumber) were always on-time, highly communicative, respectful of our house, and efficient. We appreciate Ideal so much and trust them with our biggest house projects!

Didn't use them this time, however would in a heart beat, in the future if need arises, very honest experience, I shared another bid I received for the work I needed to the guy who was bidding my job for comparison and the Edison person told me it was a good bid that he couldn't beat ? if they were shysters they would not have done that, they have my respect and future business!
