Ideal has been by three times in the past month for a few different items. Ample time to see if they’re the kind of company that tries to turn everything into an up sell (it’s worth it, right? Instead of a $100 repair, they could try to talk you into a $5,000 replacement!).But no. I got awesome repairs and intelligent description of my heating or plumbing problems. These guys are great!Oh, this last time they also showed up early. That was refreshing.

Anthony was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and corrected the problem with my heating unit very quickly. I plan on contacting him in the spring to check the AC units.
