The light's weren't working in my Mom's bedroom and three other areas of her home. She's a senior, in a wheel-chair and currently hospitalized. Thanks to techician Rich, she'll return home to a fully lit home. Rich was prompt, listened and fixed the problem fast. Turns out the problem was a loosen screw which was identified in her bedroom where I requested he replace a broken socket. Rich was able to resolve and isolate the problem to a single room because he listened to his customer. In the end, that saved my mom $$$. Other companies tried to sell us a new electrical panel which was not necessary right now. Thanks for responding quickly and. settling the billing issue fast. The electricians at Service Rite Electric did a GREAT job in replacing the back security lights where I live in San Diego.I originally found them online, called and agreed to have them look the next day after hearing what needed to be done. Paul, their electrician came that next morning. He was friendly, knew what he was talking about and did not take much of my time. I received a quote by e-mail the next day with pictures. I liked it, sent it to the owner and got approval to schedule. They came out that weekend and completed the install.The difference was amazing. The residents parking their cars at night are extremely pleased that the area is much much brighter (attached are before at top after at bottom pics of the area).In the near future, I will have them install lights in the front of the property.
