Best General Alarm Installation in San Diego CA

I contacted 5 electrical companies to bid on my home project. 3 responded. I have been a Facilities Engineer for 40 years and have worked with many contractors. Two of the responding contractors both started telling me everything that they would have to do and brushed off my questions and suggestions. This is a major alarm bell for me. Massella was just the opposite. They worked with me and for a very reasonable price. Excellent folks to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Never received the electric generator we ordered. Ace sent an email stating it was out of stock and another due in 2 weeks. Then immediately got shipping confirmation. Generator did not come. We emailed seller. They would not rreply.Called Amazon to investigate. They said Ace would not reply to their emails and phone #s listed did not work.Not sure what happened. Never had this happen with Amazon dealers. Amazon is filing a fraud case against them.

Derek was very professional, easy to work with, easy to schedule, provided great communication, and was easy to contact via phone and text. His team was just as amazing as he was. They provided an amazing service with professional and experienced suggestions. I came in with an idea and they helped me fill in the blanks as they identified pitfalls and solutions to the issues I had. The amazing work and attention to detail was greatly appreciated as they wore masks and booties at the height of the pandemic and still provided great customer service as they gave me a 30 minute warning prior to arrival as I asked. The system has been very reliable ever since the set up. They routed the wires in a very impressive way that did very minimal damage to the walls which was repaired by my repair man (they do not offer this service). I could not ask for a better company and group of people.Overall, if you want amazing work, attention to detail, efficient and smart electrical advice, great customer service, and reliable service then I would recommend Derek and his team. We have used North West alarms for security cameras installation at our office and warehouse. They came on time as scheduled and got everything done with a few hours. Their price was very reasonable and everything worked with problems.
We are planning to use NW Alarms for any other projects in a future.

The best electrician I've ever used. The team is honest, competent and friendly. They fixed things other electricians couldn't, including installing a light switch for my entry hall light in the upstairs hallway so I don't have to go down the stairs to turn the light off. I was told by 2 electrictricians this was impossible. Rick from D&N installed the wire and the swirch in just a few hours. I was thrilled! I highly recommend this company .

totally excellent, highly recommend

I needed my breaker box updated for safety, as well as some nice to haves around the house: under cabinet LEDs, updating exterior lighting, and adding outlets above kitchen cabinets. Dennis was great to talk to and is extremely prompt and professional. He guided me through his process, detailing what products and work was needed. His work is thorough, thoughtful, and very detailed. He even cleans up when complete, something I did not expect. I will definitely call Balboa Electric the next time I need electric work done!
