Laurence Kohb is the finest electrician whom I've ever engaged for electrical services. He seemingly magically hones in on the electrical problem area immediately and quickly resolves the issue. Laurence always responds quickly and tries to visit you that day or at the latest the next day. Moreover, he will attempt to resolve your issue over the phone, at no charge (which amazes me), if at all possible. His fees are reasonable and fair. Lastly, Laurence is a friendly and affable guy, so, for me, it's always a pleasure to see him at work at my home. I hold him in high esteem and, of course, surely recommend him for any business or residential electrical needs. David

Pete is the absolute best! I own a local business in OB and needed some work. Pete came in, immediately got a handle on the situation and got it done very fast. Then, a different night, I was in a bind and needed some expertise so I called Pete and, living close by, he just walked over, no questions asked and helped us with a big move that was already underway - all at 9:00PM! In addition to installing a brand new York 3 ton air conditioning and gas furnace, Ideal's installation crew had to remove the 45 year old systems and a lot of flexible duct in a tight attic. They did an amazing job start to finish. They showed up on time each day, and put runners down to keep rugs and floors clean in the house. They were quiet, respectful, and knew exactly what to do with almost no direction from the homeowner ( me). Part of the smoothness of the execution was due to the fact that the manager spent significant time studying the project prior to developing the quotation. Secondly, he came back and spent a significant amount of time with the field supervisor a few days prior to installation to develop a plan of attack including the major work phases, the order of execution, and time estimates for all tasks. It was a truly complex project beginning with the removal of the existing system followed by the installation of a complete new furnace / A/C system, new controls, new, and much larger condenser, new and much larger flexible ducts in the attic space, and all of the electrical and fluid circuits involved. Although Ideal fields a team that has done this type of work many times before, they do not skimp on the pre installation planning which makes the execution much more efficient. On top of that, they exhibited deep on the fly craftsmanship when changing the routing to the new, much larger 18 flex ducts in a very limited attic space, as well as connecting them to registers in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a hallway. This included sealing all the connections to assure conditioned air is contained under pressure and insulated all the way from the air handler to the registers ...no leaks! The 4th day in the afternoon, right on schedule, they were testing the system operating performance, setting up the smart thermostat, replacing the attic access door, cleaning up and taking care of the many finishing details. Super craftsmanship, very quiet execution, no drama, no negative surprises, friendly respectful employees, all at a fair price with no overruns. 10 out of 10!!

We got a couple of outlets added to our garage so we could run power tools without needing extra long extension cords. We called around and had two different estimates. Rapid electric came in with the lowest price. We were a bit wary since they were the lowest, but they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Jose was very friendly and made us very comfortable. Outlets work great and now I can work on my car without tripping over extension cords!

I had them wire and install three ceiling fans. They were punctual, did an amazing install and left their work area clean. Very professional and great prices. Highly recommend.

The best electrician I've ever used. The team is honest, competent and friendly. They fixed things other electricians couldn't, including installing a light switch for my entry hall light in the upstairs hallway so I don't have to go down the stairs to turn the light off. I was told by 2 electrictricians this was impossible. Rick from D&N installed the wire and the swirch in just a few hours. I was thrilled! I highly recommend this company .

Nothing but good things to say about Gforce. The electrician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time, very honest, and made quick work of our issue. He careful looked at our breaker box, the problem breaker, went through each switch that might have been the source of our electrical failure. In the end, our electrical outage and flickering are gone and we could not be any more appreciative to him.

This company requires a $30 fee to come out to do a quote on a job for my house. What other fees do they have. Would watch out.
