I have Multiple Christmas Lights outside of the front and back patio of my home. Moisture got inside of my electrical outlet and lights would not work when I plugged them in. He told me to locate the gsf buttons inside of my house, and press the reset button. He talked me through the process over the phone, so he wouldn’t have to charge me for coming out and resetting a button. I located a reset button next to the faucet in the Master Bathroom. I pressed the reset button & all front & back patio lights came on. I was so happy! I found Trevor Heck to be extremely Patient, Honest, & Professional. He exhibited the Highest Level Of Integrity.
