Laurence walked me through potential issues I was needing helped with over the phone and fixed the issue without needing to come for a service visit. He was very polite and professional and I’ll use his company for any future electrical issues with my home.

Did not mention the 90 dollar diagnostic fee over the phone. Made it seem like there would only be 75 if they give you a bid but it’s 75+90. Electrician seemed knowledgeable and was respectful.

Had outlets installed in the baseboards of a couple of rooms. They work fine and it passed inspection, but the way the wiring was run in the crawl space was not so good. Instead of routing the wires over the pipes and beams they took the shortest path which leaves them in the way for any future work in the crawl space. At one place the wires run around the drain pipes which will interfere with any plumbing work to be done.
