Outstanding service provided on my all my concerns have been addressed, I am very pleased with the results and I highly recommend his services.

The electricians know the electrical code in an art of the possible way to allow a choice, within the code, twixt an expensive and functional and a functional but cheaper alternative. Example: A horribly miss-wired kitchen had both dishwasher & garbage disposal placed on the same circuit as the disposal wall switch. Metal conduit and other expensive rewiring lay ahead. Instead, this resolved to a cheaper installation of a GIFS plug into which the dishwasher now obtains it's necessary power by a pre-existing but unutilized circuit found by Colby, my electrician. This choice also allows the disposal to run free again from it's original switch. Praise be!

We needed some help upgrading our electrical panel for one of our older rental homes. After getting multiple quotes from different contractors we decided to go with Rapid, they beat other competitors by about $200 and they were able to complete the job the same day. The company ghosted me after coming out to my home to take a look.The person on the phone and the guy who came out were polite and helped answer questions, even explaining that they don't do mini-split installs anymore due to liability issues.In the end, I guess the work didn't amount to much, so they figured it wasn't worth even an email to let me know they wouldn't be interested. It gives bad business vibes when you can't even conduct simple communication like, We appreciate you contacting us, but we're not able to assist you email.

They have a few locations and even though I called the one closest to me, not having anyone available same day, they dispatched a electrician from one of the other locations. When they arrived I was impressed by the appearance and just how courteous he was. Professional and polite, extensive knowledge.
