Needed a second opinion on plumbing work needed that a different company kept quoting me. Something felt off about the recommendation. Got a hold of Scott with PL Electric and he came out, same day, to take a look for that second opinion. Not only did Scott (and trainee) fix the issue that kept reoccurring, they did it for FAR LESS then the other guys! AND! Scott walked me through everything, step by step, as well as giving some recommendations to help ensure the issue never comes up again (Which I have already done and, what do you know, issue hasn't come back!). Scott understood the time crunch my wife and I were in, since at the time my wife was days away from labor with our first child. Scott and I chatted quite a bit, all the while he was walking me through everything he did. To top everything, EVERYTHING, off, as a courtesy and congrats on the baby PL Electric did all of the work free of charge! The owner, Jaime (sp?) gave me a call to let me know of the professional courtesy, which brought my wife to tears in gratitude!Don't go anywhere else, don't bother with any other plumbers (Trust me, had we gone with PL in the first place, we could've saved around $400 in needless repair work). We have used Ideal for over 20 years for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. They are professional and extremely responsive to our needs. They do quality work and stand behind it. They recently replaced our ancient HVAC system with a modern high efficiency model. They made sure we received the maximum rebates possible. They spent a lot of time tweaking it to make sure it met our expectations. Our home is much more comfortable than it was before and our energy use has fallen dramatically.

They took a totally 1990 posh residence with textured wall surfaces, yellow paint, brown wood, and white rug almost everywhere (bathroom consisted of) and transformed it into a modern masterpiece. The walls as well as ceilings were all re-textured, all new hardwood as well as ceramic tile placed in throughout, brand-new paint anywhere, complete bathroom reno with claw foot bathtub as well as expanded/redone stroll in shower, full kitchen reno, light fixtures mounted throughout the home, repainted cabinets, and lots of various other things.
