Great experience all around. The tech was knowledgeable and not only solved our issue (needed an exterior outlet installed) but also gave helpful advice when I asked him about another project that I had coming up in the future that would require electrical work. I'll definitely be contacting them again for future projects.

We were selling our house and the buyer wanted a few things done. We called Bell Electric, we told him about what the home inspector found. He reassured us they can get this done. He gave me an estimate and that next day Micheal and Andrew came over and fixed everything necessary. They explained everything to me...why they didn't need to replace certain items and why they replaced others. They were thorough, professional and all around Great! Micheal and Andrew were a great team and checked everything electrical to make sure it was good to go. They came...got the job done and the bill was so much less than we expected! We are thankful we called them! Great job guys! You ROCK!

Kevin gave us a good fair price for the installation of our EV (electric vehicle) wall mounted charger.Martin Bomba and Jim Smith from The Home Improvement Showrecommends Pawson Electric so we called Kevin.We moved into a 70's home and thought we might need an electricupgrade because some reviewers from different sources said they hadto have expensive upgrades. Kevin said our electrical system would work for the EV installation.We understand that each home is different and some may need upgradesbut we highly recommend that you call Kevin and let him give you hisMaster Electrician evaluation estimate.

I had John Jones Electrical Services out to my home to install four previously-purchased exterior light fixtures. They were courteous, respectful, extremely professional, personable and friendly, and truly know their stuff. They identified some errors made in wiring and installation that had been done by a 'non-electrician' friend many years ago. They explained everything to me and discussed any issue about which I had questions. They are a local San Antonio family-owned business with deep roots in the community. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them for any future electrical service needs.

Matt and crew did a great job on both phases of my remodel. Attentive to detail, adaptive to changes and reasonably priced are just a short list of the qualities that define this top tier electrician. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Matt for a great job.

***PSA SAN ANTONIO*** - Customer Beware!!!I've been waiting to do this review to see if Jason would return our money, but he hasn't. He has blamed it on us (the customer) the bank and taken no responsibility for returning our down payment of $637.50. You can scroll through the text messages attached and see how unprofessional this handyman is, DO NOT be fooled, by other reviews.We are still without our money that was paid on 15 September 2020, and I am writing this on 24 September 2020. We sent the money to Jason through Zelle and as soon as we did, he cancelled the bid (See attached text messages). Which is fine but he claimed the money never came through. The next morning we tried contacting Jason and got no response. So we contacted Zelle via USAA and put a stop payment claim. Which didn't work because Jason had already received the money. Once we notified Jason that we tried a stop payment on the Zelle transfer, we received more text messages (please read them) and a voicemail from him irate that we submitted a claim against him. To top things off, we then we received another voicemail from his wife stating not everyone wakes up before 9am. REALLY, who does that as a business?Now he is claiming it will take 45 days to refund our money because we put a claim in against him. Which again is false. He is claiming we are withholding our information, again which is false, In Zelle all you have to do he has to do is add the phone number and transfer the money back.This company has zero customer service and continually threatened us with calls to lawyers (see attached text messages), for what I don't know, they have our money and provided no services.So, we did a little more digging...we initially chose this company based on their reviews and his BBB accreditation. Well that is false as well, see the attached photos from the BBB, this company is not BBB accredited as their website states. If you go into the BBB to scope out this company you will also see others that have had the same treatment that we are currently receiving and there is no telling when this will resolve.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for any Handyman services. Looks like we are going to have to go to court to get money back he stole for doing zero service. He hasn't responded to text messages and it's been passed the magical 45 days his bank said it would take. Stay far away from this business. It'll cost you more in the long run.
