Very professional and courteous. Mr. David did an excellent job. He installed the lights and did his best to incorporate the changes to our house without any damages to the wall. He always kept us inform about what he needed to do. He detailed the cost and send us our initial invoice and final bill via email. My husband and I trust that this installation was done by a person with plenty of experience and backed up by a great company. We love our backyard with its new lights.

Thank you Firefly Electric!Our house recently got struck by lightning, As a precaution we wanted to get a surge protection installed, Andrew came and found out that our indoor and outdoor panel had been affected and that we should be covered when we do a claim in our homeowners insurance. He explained to us what he saw and what it meant. He took pictures of the both panel and told us that he would send us an email on what he found out which we received the same day, We sent it out to our insurance and you know what's the good thing about that? The pictures that he took, it has description on it so that the insurance would understand what it was and what it meant.After a few days, our claim got approved by the insurance. We called Firefly Electric, my husband talked to the owner Sal who is very kind and got the job scheduled.The scheduled day came where we had Joshua and Brandon, They installed what we got which is the Platinum Panel Package with 9 dual function breaker. Joshua did the outdoor panel while Brandon did the indoor panel and I would say what a superb teamwork! Remember teamwork makes the dream work! While they were doing the work I was chitchatting with them and they were really friendly yet professional.We had some issues with our homeowners insurance but we got rest assured that they are gonna help us with it which is definitely going above and beyond! This was the first time we used Bell Electric. Mike and Lawrence did a fabulous job! We had a 220 outlet and outdoor lighting installed along with fluorescent lighting work. They were very courteous, friendly and made sure I was satisfied as they completed each job.

We hired Switch Electric because they were willing to come out to our newly moved in home and install an outlet for a refrigerator in our garage, on the same day we called. We feared that all the meat we had stored in that 2nd Refrigerator could go bad. They actually showed up 30 minutes earlier then the time originally estimated and were able to get that outlet installed with out a problem, in good time. Brandon was very courteous and professional. I will definitely refer Switch Electric to friends and family.

I called this company on Christmas Eve 2022 at 9 pm. My heating unit would not come on. Mike was here within an hour, figured out the problem and had it fixed. It was 18 degrees outside and we had heat! I highly recommend this company for any services they offer!

The initial contact was helpful in deciding that they were the right company for the job and we had all of our questions and concern answered and found that their prices are competitive compared to several other companies we contacted. Their customer service was far above the rest as well. When the electrician arrived he had everything needed to begin the job including all paperwork, supplies and tools as well as a clear working knowledge of how to accomplish the repairs even though our home is a bit older. Everything went off without a hitch and we are completely satisfied with every aspect of the service provided.
