We called Firefly the next morning, explained the situation, and Sal was gracious enough to fit us into his schedule. He did not leave until he knew the issue had been resolved. The level of professionalism, knowledge, customer service, and willingness to educate us and answer questions was unlike anything we have never experienced before. We will only use Firefly from now on, and recommend you do the same.

This company proved you can find real professionals on Craigslist - I hired Bell to install a heavy vanity light that other buyers on-line warned was a nightmare to install. Yet Mike and Andrew had the builder's grade vanity light out, repaired the drywall, PAINTED the area behind the light and had the new one installed in literally minutes. I threw two more lights at them that I hadn't scheduled and they installed them without a complaint. Fast, on time, fair prices - when they left I called the company to tell them how pleased I was and I will certainly call them again!

I have now used West Ward Jr., owner of The Electric Company of Texas, twice, once for an installation (see review below), and a second time for electrical repairs. After watching him work on these two jobs, I am an even bigger fan of his professionalism, expertise, and very timely response to my electrical problems. Although West, the owner, only had two reviews on Google, I liked what I read, and subsequent conversations with him indicated he was going to be the kind of business man that I like to work in my home.
