On time, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, helpful in making a decision without pressure, and seem proud of their work. The office staff are much the same. We had a wonderful experience with Bolt that guarantees we will use them for future needs. The technician came out to address some concerns we had with two outlets. He did a thorough check to identify the problem and, after we discussed another, unrelated problem, he preformed a rewiring for an incredibly reasonable price. He gave me significant information about light bulb choice and recommended a location for future light bulb needs. The price was reasonable, the technician was friendly and very helpful, and now a month in, we've had no difficulties or concerns about the service he provided.

Roland Ybarra did an excellent job on installing a new 200 amp main breaker panel and a new whole house MS1C surge protector. Very meticulous and dedicated as he worked through the total job process without breaks ... which minimized the time that our home was without electricity. Roland was very knowledgeable, explained the details of the installation and answered all our questions about the job and equipment/labor warranty.

Leo and his partner came out to our home to install a light fixture in our backyard and did a wonderful job. They were fast, friendly and affordable. These guys did 3 jobs for me. First they wired my barn just the way I needed. They were also able to pull my telephone wire from the power pole to the house after AT&T gave up. It was a 3 bend pull which not everyone knows how to do it. Last, I called them back to add 6 pot lights in my dark living room. I would call them again if needed.

We live just down the street from thier location and we always like to support our community businesses.Call and set up an appt. This is definitely one of the best professionals I`ve dealt with. Their customer service is really adequate and the technicians were fast on the spot. The socket I needed replaced was done in a matter of minutes and with a better, safer one too. I would absolutely recommend them!

Bait and switch not appreciated. They said they charged $50 to come out and give an estimate on repair. Not so. They wanted another $285 to run a diagnostic. I feel conned. I do not recommend this company.
