Gabriel was recommended to me by my neighbor, on a 100+ degree day when my AC went out. Gabriel came to assist me after work hours and managed to fix my AC even without having the exact needed equipment on hand. I was a 22 year old single homeowner at the time who had no idea what she was doing and needed someone to be honest and not rip her off. I felt comfortable with Gabriel’s presence and his work. He was professional, honest, and kind. My AC went out again later that same summer (this time the indoor unit) and he drove 45+ minutes away to get me the last motor for my exact model in Texas. My final time using Gabriel has been to correct inspections requested in the selling of my home. Even then, the inspector noted itty bitty things that were NOT wrong on the AC, and rather than charging me for the many things he could have based upon this buyer-preference report, he was honest about the things that were not actually wrong. He was straight up with me and never once charged me for unnecessary tasks. He has been so good and reliable that even during Snow-vid, when everyone’s pipes froze and it had NOTHING to do with AC, I texted him because I just did not even know who else to ask for help and advice and didn’t have anyone else I trusted more.
