Lost power in one area of house and desperately needed to get back on. They were able to work us in in to the schedule fast, which was greatly appreciated. They communicated prior to appointment and day of, showed up at the scheduled time, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and didn't try to upsell the needed repair. We were so happy, we're having them back to do some additional non-related electrical work in the next couple of weeks. George is awesome and very courteous! Half the plugs and switches in my home stopped working last night. Main and120 Breaker boxes had no blown switches. Got Mr Matthews name from a friend from church. He came by house within 24 hrs and did an amazing job. Initially he thought it could be an issue with the breaker box that might have run over $1500, which I was expecting. After further troubleshooting he found the main issue to be a breaker in the main breaker box feeding the 120 breaker box was bad. Wound up getting repairs done for under $205. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. I am now referring to Tim Matthews as My electrician. If you are looking for an Eletrician who who can trust, Tim Matthews is your guy, he sure is mine.
