When I scheduled my appointment with them they told me that they would come out and give an estimate . The tech came out much later then he told me over he phone and gave me a price I felt was far to high for one single light switch. He told me I would owe a service charge after the person on the phone told me there is no charge. He then called his dispatch and told me it didn't matter what the call center told me and kept telling me I won't find a cheaper price over and over. He finally listened to the phone recording after telling me he had already listened to it and I owe the fee. After listening to it he said the call center person told me the wrong info and finally waived the fee. I would never trust them with another issue again. It took far too long and the tech was not kind during the entire exchange.

I called Jason late in the afternoon around 5pm. I needed some emergency service done on my upstairs bathroom flooring. Jason came over that evening and did a great job on the repair of my bathroom flooring. I have some more home projects I would like to get done and I will be calling Jason for sure on those future home projects. Jason is a hard working guy and he is fair in his pricing on doing those jobs.Updated review: (June 2022)Jason did some work on my stairs restaining the rails and newels.
