Best Heating System Installation in San Antonio TX

I was very impressed with the service I received from Sal Lombardi from Mr Sparky. I had a dimmer switch that I attempted to install myself that didn't work. You know that goes... Sal arrived and I explained the situation and he didn't bat an eye. He took a look and got it fixed in a few minutes. What I liked was the fact that Sal said hey I don't blame you. You're the home owner and you have the right to try and save yourself some money. He was professional and left me feeling good about it rather than embarrassed. He was absolutely interested in giving me very good service. Here's an example: I had a mystery light switch in my house. For 25 years it did nothing whether it was 'on' or 'off' Sal took about 3 minutes to determine the switch controlled an outlet plug on the other side of the room. No charge for that or for the information he shared with me about electrical work. He was very personable in addition to being professional. I will absolutely be calling Mr. Sparky again for my future electrical servicing needs. One last thing, I received a text indicating Sal was on his way and it had his photo in the text. I know that's fairly common, but it's also common not to do it. I like the fact that I got good vibe before Sal even showed up. It looks to me like Sal and the Mr Sparky company are doing all the right things to earn my business. Mission accomplished.

The electricians were courteous, professional and worked very hard with a very annoying, barking all day min pin.Everything was being updated for the home we built and moved in in 1992.Every thing is switched out, and even have sensors for outdoor lighting and in the garage. I am very satisfied and we use them in the future.

Gabriel was awesome in the repair and knowledge of HVAC system. Gave me peace of mind and even went above to teach me about HVAC systems of how it works when set to heat mode. I highly recommend for any and all HVAC and electrical repairs.

I would stay far away from this company. They installed a new HVAC system for one of the tenants in my retail shopping center and now refuse to correct/repair problems that have arisen due to their improper installation of the system.

We have now used Simon's for a whole house HVAC install, moving a mini split, relocating power lines, and for plumbing repair--Everyone at Simon's is professional, prices are reasonable, and they stand by their work! So refreshing to find a contractor that does so much and has INTEGRITY--which seems hard to find these days...I will continue to use Simon's and recommend the company to anyone for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. This is definitely one of the best professionals I`ve dealt with. Their customer service is really adequate and the technicians were fast on the spot. The socket I needed replaced was done in a matter of minutes and with a better, safer one too. I would absolutely recommend them!
