Technician showed up on time and was very professional. They evaluated my issues and went right to work. They found a problem with my patio fan and although they could not fix the problem within the voucher, they gave me some good advise as to how to get it fixed. I would differently recommend them.

Work was done quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The electricians were timely and polite. They even disposed of the old electric fixture for us. We'll call Mr Sparky again if we need other electrical work. High level of confidence and they've earned a high recommendation.

We woke up one morning to find that our outdoor Christmas lights weren't working. No circuit breaker had tripped and all the other sockets in the house were working. I called a competitor and was told they could come for $175 which included the first hour and that parts would be additional. Each additional 1/2 hour would cost $75. So, I decided to call All Star Electric and I'm really happy that I did. I spoke to a very helpful and friendly electrician who told that all I needed to do is pop a reset button which was on the same wall close to the circuit breaker. I popped the reset button and sure enough the socket works again. These guys are very honest and helpful. If you need an electrician, you should choose these guys. Thank you!

People, if ever you need electrical work repair done, call this company for Mark. Mark came on time to replace a fixture above our washer n dryer and in 20 minutes he was done. After purchasing our home , Kevin completed all of the electrical work identified during the initial inspection. He brought all of the necessary items up to code and was very upfront and honest about critical issues that required immediate correction. Francis Electric was great. From the start they showed up for the quote when they said, answered all our questions. The technician came exactly when scheduled and he couldn't have been nicer. He worked efficiently and quickly and even did a couple of extra things for us. I would highly recommend this company!

I have now used West Ward Jr., owner of The Electric Company of Texas, twice, once for an installation (see review below), and a second time for electrical repairs. After watching him work on these two jobs, I am an even bigger fan of his professionalism, expertise, and very timely response to my electrical problems. As I said in my review below, Ward is young, but he is really good at his profession, and I give him the highest marks for his work. He is now my go to electrician.I needed an electrician on short notice to replace an electric tankless hot water heater in our home. Being the day after Thanksgiving, I anticipated a low probability of finding a qualified electrician that could provide same day service. Although West, the owner, only had two reviews on Google, I liked what I read, and subsequent conversations with him indicated he was going to be the kind of business man that I like to work in my home. He is young, but don't let his age deceive you. He arrived on time, worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I have seen enough electricians in my life to recognize excellent performance after 5 minutes of watching him work.
