The technician checked on my two issues and showed me that everything was fine. I was reassured about the visit. He did not charge me for his services. He said he didn't do anything or change anything out so there was no need for a charge. I thought for sure I would be charged a service charge or some charge but no charge. I would definitely have Mister Sparky come out to my house again. I will let others know about the honest professional service.

Finally had my service done today. Being a holiday weekend I was hoping my 2-4 scheduled time slot would happen earlier. Sure enough John called at 1220pm to say he had finished earlier on other jobs and was ready to come. It was great, he expedited the job in about one hour, fifteen minutes. All while wearing a face mask in this heat put in 2 separate whole house surge protectors, inside/outside panels. Also replaced previously installed Security Lite w/motion detection to a dusk til dawn detection. Even helped make sure we did the warranty registration before he left. Excellent worker and customer service. Give them a try ?
