Corey came out to do the initial quote and he gave a fair quote. I booked Lp electrical for the following week. He was on time (that’s a biggie for me) and was very professional and cleaned up after himself. Corey guided me through the process and the time frame he gave was pretty much exact. Chuck helped me out after I called him on a Friday after 5 PM. He was able to immediately come out to do a building inspection after a water pipe busted during the deep freeze in February 2021. He made sure the entire building was safe and took the time to take down lighting fixtures were water logged. He even provided the requested documentation the same night so we could show our corporate office the building was safe. I will use him for all work needed at our apartment community as he was fast, reliable, thorough, affordable and knowledgeable.
