Mark came to my house to help me address ‘A Homeowners worst nightmare’ of an Inspection. He was very professional and went over the report to address the items that needed to be addressed and explained the items that did not need addressing, which were quite a few. He kept in contact with me to keep me up to date when he would be coming to the house. He showed up when he said he would and worked diligently until everything that needed to be done, was done. He has that kind of personality that makes you feel like You’ve known him a long time. I would highly recommend Mark.

We hired Scott and Carol to renovate our very outdated and under-utilized kitchen in our 1930s Monticello Park home, as well as convert a small half-bath into a full-sized bathroom with tub and shower combo. We are absolutely thrilled with the results of both, and have the Kressner’s and their team to thank for it. I have rennovated an older home over the last two years. Good has been my go to contractor for replacing a dated FPE panel (mandated by insurance) and relocating boxes for ceiling lighting. Work has always been done within 1 week of request. Service was always good, as was the price. The guy I worked with was Terry, he's THE MAN, and was always very mindful of location, hanging methods and how much drywall had to be removed to limit our refinishing work, he did an excellent job explaining what he was doing, how he was doing it and why. Plus he's funny which makes him fun to have around.
