All the circuit breakers for my house were old and failing fast. Josh replaced every one and answered all my questions. Josh was very knowledgeable, skilled, personable and patient. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky.

Will forever be out go to electrician! He came out so fast to our business and let us know the problem, since it was a CPS energy problem, he did not even charge for our first service fee. If anything within our four clinics and residence goes South, we will definitely call Switch!

I had a plumbing emergency the day before Thanksgiving and didn't think I'd find anyone to come the same day, but Rob and John got to my house within a couple hours! The communication leading up to service by text and email was awesome and really helped my stress level. They did a great job, very friendly, neat and professional. The price was also extremely reasonable! Can't say enough good things! I will definitely use them again for future projects.

7/11/2020. The weather this week has been a steady 100 degrees. My A/C stopped working last night!!! I called Gabriel this morning for help. He arrived within an hour and didn’t took him long to figure out the problem. He was able to fix my A/C with parts he already had in his truck. WE HAVE COLD AIR NOW!!! Gabriel is the type of person that will bend over backwards to assist anyone in need. His police and marine background is a statement that he is the quiet warrior that is willing to go above and beyond to help those in need. Gabriel is the type of person that is honest on his work, sincere on his advise to save you money with quality work and a true professional in everything he does. We sure needed him today! I had John Jones Electrical Services out to my home to install four previously-purchased exterior light fixtures. They were courteous, respectful, extremely professional, personable and friendly, and truly know their stuff. They identified some errors made in wiring and installation that had been done by a 'non-electrician' friend many years ago. They explained everything to me and discussed any issue about which I had questions. They are a local San Antonio family-owned business with deep roots in the community. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them for any future electrical service needs.
