Big Red did a great job diagnosing and explaining the problem and the solution. They were able to answer all of my questions and provided some suggestions I didn't think to ask.

First of all, businesses that most likely depend on word of mouth from satisfied customers generally take extra precautions and means to employ individuals with fundamental customer service skills. This is not the case for Lite It Up Electric. After my husband spent a good deal of time trying to work out a miscommunication by fault of Lite It Up- the only question I am left with is who the hell put “Steven” in charge?! As a co-owner he not only lacked couth but showed zero sign of possessing general, every day, run of the mill people skills necessary to transact business. If I could award zero stars to this “business” I would, one of my second graders could probably run it better.

Great company to work for, Vince and Kevin really care about their about employees. This was a great company to work for and I learned a lot.

Gabriel was recommended to me by my neighbor, on a 100+ degree day when my AC went out. Gabriel came to assist me after work hours and managed to fix my AC even without having the exact needed equipment on hand. I was a 22 year old single homeowner at the time who had no idea what she was doing and needed someone to be honest and not rip her off. I felt comfortable with Gabriel’s presence and his work. He was professional, honest, and kind. My AC went out again later that same summer (this time the indoor unit) and he drove 45+ minutes away to get me the last motor for my exact model in Texas. My final time using Gabriel has been to correct inspections requested in the selling of my home. Even then, the inspector noted itty bitty things that were NOT wrong on the AC, and rather than charging me for the many things he could have based upon this buyer-preference report, he was honest about the things that were not actually wrong. He was straight up with me and never once charged me for unnecessary tasks. He has been so good and reliable that even during Snow-vid, when everyone’s pipes froze and it had NOTHING to do with AC, I texted him because I just did not even know who else to ask for help and advice and didn’t have anyone else I trusted more. Thanks for everything, Gabriel!!

Francis Electric was great. From the start they showed up for the quote when they said, answered all our questions. The technician came exactly when scheduled and he couldn't have been nicer. He worked efficiently and quickly and even did a couple of extra things for us. I would highly recommend this company!

Awesome people, one of their employees stopped to help us out on the highway and went out of his way to help, all he said was that's the kind of company we are here to help if you need us then call us. I can say they will be my first call.

Fred was quick to respond and help out in a tight turn around we needed wiring work and a disconnect for a new HVAC unit and he came out the next day to handle everything so we didn't have to push our AC install back. Really appreciate the quick response, professionalism, and accuracy in getting the work done. I'd highly recommend them!

We hired Scott and Carol to renovate our very outdated and under-utilized kitchen in our 1930s Monticello Park home, as well as convert a small half-bath into a full-sized bathroom with tub and shower combo. Josiah Electrical Contracting techs arrived early and went right to work to install our new entryway chandelier. They were very well prepared and wasted no time removing the existing chandelier from the 17 foot ceiling and preparing the new one for installation. The installation went smoothly without any major difficulty. Upon completion the installers removed all their equipment and cleaned up the area.
