5G went above and beyond in diagnosing and correcting an issue that we had with the wiring in one of our rooms. They took the time to not only fix the issue but also clean up the work done by previous companies. They were very professional and took the time to explain the repairs to us. In addition, 5G was prompt in scheduling the job and accurate on the time necessary to complete the job. Thank you Geno and Eddy.

My husband requested an estimate to rewire our house from Jireh Electric. We needed someone to take over the job due to a complicated situation with another electrician who had not finished and done shoddy work. We desperately needed help. Tom Hutchinson met my mother-in-law to get an estimate and he was incredibly rude when he saw the other work that had been done. While the price quoted was fair, we did not end up booking Jireh for the job due to the impression that Tom made.

Jeff is a very reputable person! He was ahead of schedule and I couldn't have asked for better work. Never seen the man without a smile on his face. There is no way that I would ever use anyone else but him for my electrical work!! Thanks Jeff and I look forward to seeing you again soon!!

We live just down the street from thier location and we always like to support our community businesses.Call and set up an appt. Got confirmation day before...they should up early and quickly completed the work down in a very safe and professional manner.Would recommend them to anyone in the city or area, for a big or small job as they know what it takes to do it right.Thanks again and we have a few other jobs coming your way soon enough!

Called Evenflow and they came the next day. George the technician came out, found the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He even provided me with some potential preventative maintenence that I could do on my own. I will definitely be doing business with them for any other problems I have down the road.

My first review was 5 stars-A+ service from start to finish! Needed electrical work for a hot tub. Daryl and his guys were great-very responsive and professional.Update 7/18/18-Needed am electrician when a breaker tripped and wouldn’t reset. Having been so pleased with my previous experience, I called Daryl and he quickly set up an appointment for the next day. The men arrived but I was shocked that the diagnostic fee was $256 as well as a $69 service charge. I went ahead and paid it. They spent 5 minutes and determined the breaker was being tripped by the new lightbulbs in my ceiling fan. They put the old ones back in and the breaker reset. Living on a budget, I was horrified that I had just paid $330 for 5 minutes of “work” and just replacing old bulbs. That kind of troubleshooting could have been suggested over the phone. I called Daryl to express my disappointment and the fact that I would not be using him or recommending him again. He asked what he could do to rectify the situation and make me a happy customer. I suggested refunding the diagnostic fee. He said he hadn’t yet spoken with his guys. To let him talk to them and then he would call me back. After a few minutes, Daryl called back and said his guys HAD diagnosed the problem-yada yada. I had agreed to the fees. I went outside and paid the men-because that is the kind of person I am. But in my heart, I feel it was wrong not to just make $69 for the 5 minutes and do the right.
