Thank you Mitch for your expertise for my businesses building marque sign. Arrived on time and had the job completed in a few hours. He was very professional and clean with the entire installation. No mess left behind, showed me how to use our marquee timer and was very friendly to my shop dog here in regards to making sure she didn’t follow him wile exiting and entering the building. Bri (the women I had been in contact with over the phone) was very polite and helpful. We set up a week advance date of arrival and she called me to ask if I wanted an earlier date that had opened up. I will definitely use this company for all my electrical work. 15 minutes after the scheduled 12-2 pm appointment window, I called to see if they were still going to show up. They said the tech was running behind and would have to reschedule for 3-6 pm. I said that time wouldn't work because we would be having guests over for dinner during that time. I wanted to reschedule for a week later but they were all booked up. At that point I just cancelled the service request. Very disappointed with Tap and Son's. No e-mail or phone call to confirm the appointment, no phone call to say they were running late and very inflexible to get me rescheduled. Booo!
