Zack and his apprentice were excellent and a pleasure to work with. Our hot water heater was 10 years old and in need of replacement. Zack took the time to explain all of the options and was extremely patient answering our questions. They had a new water heater immediately available and the job was done in just over an hour. We even had another issue - we forgot to mention when we booked our appointment - and Zack took care of that too - no questions asked.Work was done to our total satisfaction, everything cleaned up and Zack took his time explaining ongoing maintenance requirements for the new equipment.They were fast, professional and courteous.
