Went with Tucker Hill for a water heater installation, some valves replaced, and an air purifier installed.

The plumbing group, Preston and Big Mike, were professional, friendly, and very informative on what was being installed. The work was done quickly, with very little interruption to my WFH job.

The HVAC technician, David, had been to my home before to advise on air purifying solutions, so I was very happy to see that he would be completing my job today. He was a lot of help in deciding to go ahead with the purifier, and is very friendly and polite.

My experience today confirmed that I made the right choice for my plumbing and HVAC issues.

I was away for several days & had set my thermostat at 85° before leaving. Upon arriving home I found that the temperature in my house was 95° ???I called several A/C service companies trying to get emergency service ? Finally, Parker & Sons returned my call & said they could have a tech at my residence in less than an hour. ? I was absolutely ecstatic since it was sweltering in the house at 95° !!!Jonathan arrived & took care of the issue in a very short time. He was very polite, professional, & thorough. They very quickly took care of the issue with my air conditioner to accommodate my schedule. Jose informed me the overflow pipe wasn't installed properly and did the repair correctly.
Jose was well informed and very polite.
I will definitely use this service in the future.
