They double or triple the markup on all supplies and labor rates are equivalent to $300 - $400 an hour (average is around $100 an hour for any competent residential plumbing services). Don't use them unless money is no object and you don't mind being ripped off.I was charged $2000 for 3 hours of work with supplies that cost less than $400 retail.
