I hired Arizona Electrical to replace my electrical panel, to a 200 amp. They did an awesome job! I had pipe running everywhere and they cleaned it all up! Did a very professional job!

Dave came out to our house a couple of days ago to install a fan (new wiring) and replace two other lights. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, very personable, cleaned up after he was done, and finished 30 minutes prior to his estimated completion time. We were pleased with the total price, as it was lower than we expected. I would recommend 24 Hour Valleywide Electric to anyone without hesitation. About a week ago I had a plumbing issue off an outside hose bib that appeared to be leaking water at a small rate out of the ground. I contemplated writing a negative review as I’m a business owner and understand the downside of social media complaints. However, I just can’t let go of this bad experience and feel that my comments may lead to other consumers being aware of the possibility of dishonest tactics and misinformation during the repair process. In my opinion the technicians are most likely on a commission for their service calls and are incentivized to get as much as they can on the repair. Additionally, be cautious of the abundance of positive reviews as I know very well some companies in the area use a technique for filtering out bad reviews prior to hitting google, by sending you an email with a link to review their service call.I wasn’t home at the time the technician Kris arrived. I was able to talk to him on the phone to describe the area of concern and the problem. I received a call back in about 15 minutes with a diagnosis. I was told that when he dug up the area the pipes blew apart and that he had to shut the main water line off. He mentioned something to the fact that someone had not properly connected the pipes during the initial install. He mentioned the cost to repair was normally $700 something but that he was able to get the price down to about $535. I was somewhat surprised by this cost so I asked him how he arrived at that price. He mentioned that it was the amount that popped up on his iPad. I asked what the specific problem was and if the pipes that needed fixing were galvanized steel or pvc? He didn’t respond or I could quit understand if he said anything, as maybe my cell phone possibly cut out. I asked him how long this fix is going to take? He says that it could take an hour and a half up to a possible half day. At this point I’m very confused and tell him that I’m not understanding the level of repair as I have built numerous commercial and residential buildings and have worked with many different plumbing repair projects in our businesses. He says he needs to cut some pipes, retro some plumbing, etc. At this point I tell him to please contact his boss and send him photos of what the problem is to at least verify the cost of this repair. In the meantime I tell him to not do any repairs as I will be at the house in 5 min.I show up to my home and ask Kris about his conversation with his boss. He says the best he can do is $350. I said ok let me see what the problem is so I understand what you are repairing. I walk back to the area with the exposed plumbing and about lost my head. Literally it was a pvc pipe that had never been glued so it was constantly leaking. I took the two pipes, one in each hand, and connected them just to make sure I wasn’t hallucinating. At that point i just asked Kris to get me the service call invoice to pay and that I would not be using this company in the future for any other maintenance or repairs. I wish I knew how to attach the actual image, as a picture speaks 1000 words. It took me a 15 minute trip to Home Depot and a 2 min glue job... left the hole exposed for several days without any further leaks. Hope this review helps others to be a little inquisitive or suspicious of the “salesman” type hustle that could happen when calling out George Brazil.

David was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed a broken switch and added two other timer switches. The job was done well, he kept us informed as he worked. We will use Rich Electrical Services for any future jobs.

Definitely without question finally found a good company I can refer out when people ask! Called because my kitchen outlets weren’t working. They came out the same week, replaced the gfi that was bad/ showed me the cracks in it and how old it was- also showed me where my other gifs were and how to reset them if I were to ever lose power in them again! They were also very reasonably priced!! 5 stars in my book!

Business owner lists a phone number to call but cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Slow response to contact him by text. Showed up late. Was told by his diagnosis that a 110 vac vent motor was faulty and needed replaced. He did he doesn't motors. How can you call yourself an electrician but you don't do small motors??? Very unprofessional. Charged $150 and referred an AC guy to call for replacing the motor. Possibly kickback from the AC guy. Stay away from this so called electrician Find one more professional and reliable.

Had an appointment to get some jobs estimated on Friday, 6/25/21 between 11 to 2. 1 PM I called and was not able to get a person on the line. I left a message and no one has called me back. No show for the appointment. Looking for someone else.

Brandon Brady assisted me with installing a new outlet. Was very professional and curious. Was honest with the install work and cost. Even went the extra mile and screwed back in the drywall into the studs for me to save some time on my patchwork! I’ve done a lot of business with Parker and Sons and I think this company might be taking some of my business from them and bringing it their way.

Joel is awesome. He and his crew have done a couple jobs on our home and the work is clean, price is fair, and he’s just a nice guy to talk to and deal with. Give Arrowhead a call you won’t be disappointed

They came did the job and cleaned it better then when they got there I was amazed by the work ethic they had really polite and well mannard most definitely recommend best work I've seen

This company is contracted to do the electrical work in the new community I live in. My dryer wasn't drying. So I checked out the power to the outlet. It was wired incorrectly by a veteran electrical worker. Turns out several other neighbors had electrical issues as well. The veteran electrical guy wired the 220v outlet shown in the photo. The manager for the community said IES doesn't do hot checks or inspect their work...I can see that!
