Ernesto came to our home today to fix a toilet problem, He quickly found the problem, and fixed it, explaining to us what it was and how he fixed it. We signed up for the one year coverage, and he checked all the plumbing and water heater.He identified and fixed a shower handle problem, and checked the water heater, draining it out and making sure it was ok.Ernesto was very professional in his approach and made sure we understood what each problem was before fixing it. Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic.
