Very personable and able to explain the company family attitude. As such I was happy to become a Platinum level member. I was very happy to have the problem corrected so efficiently and impressed by Barry's quickness and attitude. I feel comfortable that George Brazil will be able to help us with our electrical and plumbing needs.In less than 4 hours elapsed time from my identifying the problem, the problem was fixed... on Sunday morning too! Service representative was very friendly and courteous and did a nice job of explaining what he was going to do before he started and made recommendations when he was finished. He seemed very knowledgeable too!

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!
