He said he was on his way and arrived in the timeframe he gave me, which was very quick for late at night. Ian was the technican that was assigned to my work order. What I appreciate the most is he didn't come in and tell me I needed to replace the water heater right off the start. He did give me options which I like, he explained everything,showed me the bad parts and the good parts and I really appreciate that. And I like the fact that I was able to ask questions and he answered them and did notonce show that I was bothering him and he explained to me what he was doing as he was doing the work.
