My second review in a month and Tucker Hill continues to impress. Our unit went out again and Tucker Hill had someone out the same day to try and fix it. Ultimately it was deemed a manufacturer defect on the unit itself. Tucker Hill fought for us and worked with the manufacturer to get us another brand new unit installed within 4 days of our initial call. They also gave us a huge discount on a full duct cleaning for our troubles. Dustin and Ricky assisted in the install of the new unit and the duct cleaning and were stellar as usual. Very happy with their services and would recommend Tucker Hill every time.

First let me start off by saying we had an issue mid day Sunday afternoon. Water was coming up through our toilets and our tubs in both bathrooms. Their tech Santino was so helpful and cleared the drains. ON A SUNDAY! They were not over priced. Friendly service and seriously helped us out when we needed someone to figure out what was going on.
